Coachee to Coach

Over the last decade I have been developing my coaching skills for use in and outside of education, taking a Coaching Psychology approach. This was motivated by my own personal transformational experience with coaching, which came at a time when I needed help moving forward in a number of areas of my life. Coaching conversations - with others and with myself - have increased my resilience and lowered my stress levels, making life easier and more enjoyable.

Coaching for Parents

There is a compelling argument that everyone should have a coach, and I certainly believe parents can benefit hugely from coaching. If you have a transition to navigate, you would like to make time for self care or you have put your personal development on hold and want explore making this a priority, coaching can help you move forward and grow.

What is Coaching?

Coaching helps people move from where they are now to where they want to be. A coach helps you navigate the obstacles and opportunities that might be in the way.

What happens in a Coaching session?

A coach will take a curious and non-judgemental approach, asking you questions to help you move forward and take action in an efficient and sustainable way. Coaching sessions are one to one and can take place online.

When is Coaching useful?

Coaching can help you navigate a manageable path through a period of transition. People often come across coaching at a time when they experiencing being stuck in one or more areas of their lives. This can occur in any area of our lives but may be more likely to occur as our family’s circumstances and needs change and our personal development is put on the back burner. Life as a parent is full of joy, but it is also full of challenges that can feel like blocks as we try to successfully navigate our own and our children’s lives simultaneously.
